Possible arrivals every days (3 nights minimum) from 06/04 to 06/07 ans from 24/08 to 31/10

It is possible to rent the villas from Wednesday to Wednesday, from Saturday to Saturday and from Sunday to Sunday from 06/07 to 24/08.

Pets are not allowed.

Deposit to book : 30% of the rate or 100% if non refundable*

100% of the rate with the *10% discount in non-refundable and non-refundable NANR

The deposit will not be refunded.

On special request, less than one month of before the arrival, the deposit is possibly refundable only at the discretion of management based on the supporting documents.

*In case of cancellation the deposit (30% of the stay) will not be refunded. On special request, less than one month before the arrival the deposit is possibly refundable only on demand to the management (based on the supporting documents). If the client does not appear on the day mentioned on the contract, passed a period of 24 hours and without notice notified to the residence this contract is considered terminated, the remaining paid amounts acquired to the owner. The owner then disposes of his rental as he sees fit. Any stay started is due in its entirety. A late arrival will not give rise to any discount, it is even for any shortened stay.
